Founded in Lyon in 1982, Handicap International is an independent and impartial international aid and development organization that intervenes in situations of poverty and exclusion, conflicts and natural disasters.

Working alongside people with disabilities and vulnerable populations, it acts and bears witness to meet their essential needs, improve their living conditions and promote respect for their dignity and fundamental rights.

The objective of this call for tender is to contract a consultant to develop educational curricula with associated materials on the analysis of logistics vulnerability intended for national disaster management agencies, local NGOs and members of civil society. The consultant will also be in charge of transferring the content of the educational curriculum to HI trainers at headquarters and in the field (see Terms of Reference (in Appendix 1) for more details).

The contract will be signed for an initial period of 12 weeks . At this term, the contract will end without there being any need for HI to carry out any form of termination.

The entire service must be operational by February 15, 2025 .

The payment terms are 20% upon signing, and 80% by bank transfer within 30 days end of month from receipt of the invoice & validation of the last deliverable by the referent.

Prices will be firm and not subject to revision for the duration of the contract.
