ABOUT CAMEALEON

The Cash Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Organizational Network (CAMEALEON) was set up in December 2017 to provide independent MEAL support to a multi-purpose cash assistance programme assisting severely vulnerable Syrian refugees in Lebanon delivered by the World Food Programme (WFP).

OVERVIEW

NRC is requesting proposals from qualified firms or individual consultants, registered in their respective countries as Limited Company (LTD) or Sole-Traders, for an evaluation of the programmatic impact of CAMEALEON in Lebanon.

The purpose of the independent evaluation is to assess the programmatic impact of CAMEALEON. In particular, the evaluation will look at the extent to which CAMEALEON’s research, analysis and recommendations have contributed to strengthening the WFP MPC programme, informed the wider cash response in Lebanon and made a contribution to humanitarian cash thinking and practice globally, including independent MEAL provision large scale cash programmes. Closing date for requesting tender documents is October 31, at 23:00 (24hrs) Beirut Time. All requests after that date will not be considered.

SUBMISSION PROCESS

Closing date for submitting the tender is November 11, at 13:00 (24hrs) Beirut Time. All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.

All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their complete bid documents to NRC Secured Email Address/e-tender box mentioned in the RFQ otherwise submitted bids will not be considered.
