NRC started its activities in Ukraine in late 2014, supporting people affected by the conflict in the east. We are scaling up our efforts and operations inside Ukraine and the cross-border through neighboring countries to provide food and other aid supplies along evacuation routes.
The purpose of this RFQ is to select a consultant to conduct market survey and development of qualified suppliers list to NRC Ukrainian Country Office and Area Offices.
Deadline for submissions:
Completed Bids shall be submitted by email to ua.procurementcountryoffice@nrc.no not later than 21 March 2023 at 17h00m Kyiv time.

Компанія NRC розпочала свою діяльність в Україні наприкінці 2014 року, підтримуючи людей, які постраждали від конфлікту на сході. Ми нарощуємо наші зусилля та операції всередині України та через кордон через сусідні країни, щоб забезпечити продовольство та іншу допомогу на маршрутах евакуації.

How to apply
Please submit your quotation in accordance with the requirements detailed below by Email to: ua.procurementcountryoffice@nrc.no
Deadline for submission of quotations is 21 March 2023 at 5:00 pm Kiev time promptly. Companies/ consultants who do not submit their quotation by this deadline will not be considered.
- When the bid is submitted electronically please make sure you comply with the below:
- The RFQ number shall be inserted in the Subject Heading of the email
- Bid documents required, shall be included as an attachment to the email in PDF, JPEG, TIF format, or the same type of files provided as a ZIP file. Documents in MS Word or excel formats, will result in the bid being disqualified.
- Email attachments shall not exceed 4MB; otherwise, the bidder shall send his bid in multiple emails.
- Failure to comply with the above may disqualify the Bid.
