We are looking for a Consultant for the complete rehabilitation of the electrical circuit in the building of Ndongo life base – Jengi TRIDOM Programme.

1. Context and justification
As part of the implementation of CIBEL Project (Inclusive Biodiversity Conservation by Local Communities) in Ndongo, the WWF has undertaken the rehabilitation of the life base at Ndongo site, which is intended to accommodate the staff recruited for the project implementation. Rehabilitation work started with the complete rehabilitation of the building (office, lounge, and 06 bedrooms), the construction of new toilets, and a meeting space (‘boucarou’) to host meetings with local communities. However, the electrical system in this building is very old (dating back to 2007) and has remained non-functional for nearly 10 years. As the solar system is about to be installed in this building, it is important to redo the entire electrical installation throughout the building, as well as in the kitchen, toilets, and ‘boucarou’ constructed
2. Objective
The objective of this call for tenders is to select a consultant (individual or legal entity) for the rehabilitation of the electrical circuit in the building of the life base at Ndongo (01 lounge, 01 office, 06 bedrooms, 01 corridor,) and in 01 kitchen, 01 ‘boucarou’, and 02 toilets.
3. Methodology
The building for which the rehabilitation of the electrical circuit is necessary includes: 01 lounge, 01 office, 06 bedrooms, 01 corridor, and the annex buildings are 01 kitchen, 02 toilets, and 01 ‘boucarou’.
• The lounge will have an LED strip light and 02 socket outlets + 02 switches;
• Each bedroom: 01 bulb, 01 switch, and one socket outlet;
• The corridor: 01 switch and 01 bulb;
• The kitchen: 01 switch and 01 bulb;
• Each toilet: 01 bulb and 01 switch;
• Boucarou: 02 LED strip lights (one inside and 01 outside), 02 switches, and 02 socket outlets;
• Exterior of the main building: 02 LED strip lights and 02 switches.
4. Information about the location of service execution
The work site is located in Ndongo, situated in the district of Moloundou, Department of Boumba and Ngoko, in the East region of Cameroon. Ndongo is located between a 4 to 5 hour in motorized canoe ride away from Moloundou.
5. Composition of the application file & sending conditions

• A detailed financial offer including all taxes in XAF (price, delivery time, brand of equipment and supplies used, delivery or transport costs, labour, etc.) and the tax elements to be applied to its status;
• A detailed curriculum vita with references for similar work in the area and/or a good knowledge of the area, experience acquired in relation to the subject of the call for tenders (would be an asset);
• Copies of administrative documents – registration in the trade register, certificate of registration, certificate of no tax liability (less than (03) months old) with the tax authorities, bank details, valid national identity card.
