Founded in 1979, Action Against Hunger is a private, apolitical, non-denominational and non-profit non-governmental organization that operates worldwide.
Action Against Hunger’s mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of malnutrition, particularly during and after emergencies related to conflict or natural disasters. Our programs are implemented within an integrated approach: nutrition and health / water, sanitation, hygiene / food security and livelihoods.
From crisis to long-term support, we fight against the causes of malnutrition and its effects. By promoting the integration of our programs into local and national structures, we aim to transform our short-term interventions into sustainable solutions.
ACF carries out marketing operations throughout the year on the following channels: paper, digital, face-to-face, telemarketing.
Regarding the DRTV history at ACF, a test was carried out in 2018 with the aim of recruiting new donors by direct debit. This operation did not have the expected results and was not extended.
As part of the development of ACF resources and in particular that of Liberalities, the marketing department – Liberalities division wishes to launch a DRTV (or ORTV) operation during the summer of 2025 in order to recruit new requesters of legacy information (DILs) or life insurance.
In 2024, we recruited 500 new DILS. Most of the DILs were collected via press and Meta announcements.
With DRTV we want to multiply the number of leads and reach 1000 DILS on the summer operation.
The aim of this consultation is to find a service provider who will support us in this DRTV process, with a campaign that can be renewed depending on the results.
The selected partner will have to work in concert and in good harmony with all other ACF partners (TV, digital, etc.) and may also be put in contact with the other divisions of the department, in particular the digital marketing division.
This operation will have to be part of a test&learn logic that will allow optimization throughout the campaign as well as for future campaigns if the operation shows positive results. We expect flexibility and agility from the agency as well as relevant proposals before, during and after the operation.
These tests can of course only be implemented after validation of the creation, the media system, the budget and the schedule.
