The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) has received a grant from ECHO for the implementation of the humanitarian aid operation called Consulting Service . Part of this operation is the consulting services for theoretical-practical training in first aid in case of accident and/or emergency, which will be provided to a group of 60-70 people located in the ORU 7 village of the rural area of the Municipality. from Tibú *.* Therefore, the DRC requests that you submit your proposal. Please be guided by this RFP and the attached Terms of Reference (TOR) Annex Annex F.
Your proposal must be expressed in Spanish and valid for a minimum period of 30 days.
