Job

Within the French Red Cross, the Deputy General Management leads and supervises the strategic issues of the French Red Cross establishments, divided into seven business sectors (health, people with disabilities, elderly people – home, early childhood, child protection and the fight against exclusion).
The “strategy consulting” project manager plays a key role under the authority of the Deputy Director for Strategy and Transformation. Their work helps guide the structuring projects of the other management teams (transformation, advocacy for public authorities, etc.) and informs the work of the association’s managers and governance.

MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES

Mission 1: support for steering work on strategy

Planning and monitoring of strategic work for governance
Steering the deployment of strategic orientations to ensure the consistency of all the structuring work of the deputy general management, in charge of the establishments

Mission 2: support for the design of key strategy work

Analyses and syntheses shedding light on the strategic issues of establishments and sectors
Participation in the drafting of reports showing the strategy of establishments and sectors
Design of dynamic maps of establishments and analysis of their capacity to respond to territorial needs

Mission 3: design of restitution supports

Preparation of strategic restitutions for the national office, the board of directors, the sector commission, the general management committee, the CSEC, etc.
Drafting of language elements
Design of visual slideshows
Steering and management of ad hoc restitution work such as activity reports

  • a sense of diplomacy and an ability to manage complex projects
