TYPE OF CONTRACT AND METHOD OF PAYMENT : • The link between DKH and the person to be hired will be established through a service provision contract. • Payment of fees will be made according to the time of services provided per day, in accordance with the needs of the organization. • Logistical costs for transfers and per diem are assumed by the consultant. • The consultancy may be requested to be provided in Colombia and/or Venezuela. • The consultancy service will depend on the needs required by the organization in specific periods and activities.
REQUIRED AVAILABILITY : Availability is required from July 1, 2024. The dates and duration of the provision of services in the consultancies will be agreed in advance with the selected person.
BASIC KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS • Knowledge of Sphere protocols and standards. • Knowledge of Humanitarian Aid topics: Humanitarian principles, Red Cross Code. • Knowledge of the Colombian and/or Venezuelan context. • Ability to prepare reports in Spanish in a clear and relevant manner for readers in the humanitarian field. • Optimal handling of utility packages for systems: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Desirable Knowledge/Skills • Command of written and spoken English will be valued. • Broad oral and written communication skills (documents and reports)
