About Terre des Hommes Italia
Terre des Hommes (TDH) Italia is an international NGO working for the protection of children, the promotion of human rights and to provide vulnerable groups with access to health, education and livelihoods. TDH Italia has been working in Bangladesh since 1996 and registered with the NGO Affairs Bureau (NGOAB) since 2000. TDH Italia projects in Bangladesh are mainly focused on adolescents’ empowerment and protection, safe migration, workers’ rights and educational support for disadvantaged children and adolescents. Its projects are both financed by institutional donors and self-financed through private sponsorship.

About the role
In this position you will cover the double role of Country Director and Project Manager for a project co-funded by the European Union aiming to improve the socio-economic rights of Ready-Made Garments (RMG) and domestic workers in Dhaka Metropolitan Area.
Specific Conditions / Salary
- Country : Bangladesh, Dhaka.
- 24 months fixed term contract under Italian legislation.
- Monthly gross salary upon experience.
- Medical insurance.
- 30 days of paid leaves per year.
- One two ways air ticket from the country of origin to Dhaka per year.
