The Role:
Oxfam GB is looking for a Digital Engagement Delivery Lead to you will support the development of the Oxfam GB website technical strategy and roadmap and lead on its delivery, ensuring the effective support & operation of the web environment and being responsible for incident management. To meet our public engagement and business requirements, you work across Fundraising, Campaigns, Comms and Online shop to help provide world-class web platforms to achieve Oxfam’s purpose, including supporting capability development for new teams and digital platforms. Acting as a servant leader you will support all aspects of the delivery process including managing third party suppliers, managing incidents, combining technical excellence and pragmatic business acumen.
What we are looking for:
The Digital Engagement Delivery Lead will be experienced in the delivery of web platform development, capable of facilitating key agile practices with cross-functional teams, thereby supporting key developments of this critical technology platform and new digital platforms. The right candidate will have a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
