Tetra Tech International Development (www.tetratech.com/intdev) is currently accepting expressions of interest from qualified Deputy Chief of Party candidates for an anticipated USAID-funded Municipal Services and Economic Development (MSED) Activity in Jordan. The goal of this project is to strengthen municipal-sector service delivery and promote local economic development in Jordan.
Working under the overall direction of the Chief of Party (COP) and in coordination and collaboration with project technical staff, the Deputy Chief of Party will be responsible for overseeing effective coordination and technical integration and delivery of activities during MSED project implementation. With oversight over technical implementation, the DCOP is the project’s main technical expert, responsible ultimately for the integrity of its work plan and the completion of its contractual deliverables. * Ensure compliance with USAID rules and regulations;
* Evaluate and document MSED progress and lessons learned; and
