Deputy Chief Of Party-Technical, Liberia At CARE USA

CARE seeks a Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP)-Technical for the anticipated USAID-funded Community Health Activity. This Activity aims to increase access to quality health services and strengthen disease surveillance at the community level through training and supervision of community health cadres (e.g., CHAs, CHPs, CAHWs), addressing health gaps related to location, income, and education. This involves continually monitoring program activities against goals, ensuring efficiency in project staffing, and defining and using standard operating procedures. In collaboration with the COP, the DCOP will be responsible for the successful performance of the project as defined in the program’s statement of work.
