VOTRE POSTE ET VOS RESPONSABILITÉS

Under the supervision of the Field Coordinator in Mueda, we are looking for a Field Coordinator to lead the successful implementation of ACF programs in accordance with contractual requirements and expected technical & programmatic quality standards, the overall management of Program Team and provide support to the Field Coordinator
More specifically, you will:
– Contribute to the strategic planning and positioning of ACF in the Mueda base, by ensuring the mobilization of the program teams
– Contribute to the development of projects in the areas of intervention, by ensuring the mobilisation of programme teams
– Ensure project planning and monitoring to guarantee the implementation of quality activities & promote programmatic integration
– Ensure the integration of gender and protection in the programme strategy, the functionality of the accountability mechanisms and support the building of the organisation’s acceptance in the area
– Contribute to the quality and impact measurement process, to capitalisation and advocacy and ensure qualitative internal and external reporting
– Ensure appropriate coordination and partnership with external actors
– Manage the team through individual action plan, annual appraisal of directly supervised staff, identify training needs and train
– Replace FC during absences

VOTRE PROFIL

You hold a Master’s degree in development or humanitarian aid or international relations with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field and in one or more challenging context. You also have experiences in project management (previous PM or coordinator position) with a good knowledge and understanding of Humanitarian coordination mechanisms and of all or part of ACF sectors of intervention: Nutrition & Health, WASH, FSL, Emergency response, MHCP-GP.
With excellent personal and communication skills, you know how to adjust to constantly changing situations while maintaining focus on delivery and follow-through withthrough strong analytical and conceptual thinking and ability to understand complex issues.
You speak fluently English and you are able to speak and understand Portuguese or fluent in Spanish or Italian.

VOS CONDITIONS D’EMPLOI

– 6 months of fixed-term contract under French law (for international candidates) or Mozambique law (for national candidates)
– Remuneration according to ACF’s policy
