CONTEXT :

Following an expansion of the scope of the Human Resources Department, it was decided to create the position of Deputy HR Director.

JOB OBJECTIVES:

Reporting to the Human Resources Director, 3 departments will be under your responsibility: personnel administration (1 manager and 7 employees), general services (1 manager and 7 employees) as well as the department in charge of organizing international travel (1 manager and 9 employees).

Your main missions will be:

Team management: You will contribute to the development of your employees by setting individual objectives, ensuring the adequacy between the needs of the organization and the skills of your employees. You will encourage autonomy and give individual and collective signs of recognition.

Steering social relations : as a representative of the Management, you will maintain a quality social dialogue with the various staff representative bodies in France. You will participate in the animation of social dialogue and will be the guarantor of the social climate. In this capacity, you will participate in the various negotiations. The structuring, promotion of IRP (CSE, CHSCT) and contact with social partners will be your responsibility. You will be the guarantor of the implementation of social regulations and will be able to rely on the legal department of our Organization, which houses a lawyer specializing in social law.

Developing a social strategy : You will advise and develop skills in social relations within the organization. You will answer questions from senior management, prepare social developments in the organization and share quantitative and qualitative indicators to monitor the social climate and anticipate crisis risks. You will also participate in communications from the Human Resources Department to employees.

Steering the redevelopment project for our Lyon premises (in the 8th arrondissement): You will ensure the planning and monitoring of the building redevelopment project to promote new working methods.

ACCESSIBILITY OF THE WORKPLACE:

The premises are easily accessible by public transport (bus, metro). A car park and a bicycle park are also available. Within the building, access ramps and elevators guarantee better circulation. All workstations are located in Open Space but boxes are available on each floor to work in peace if necessary. The workspace is very bright.

A disability representative is available to answer any questions and assist you with your procedures. The position can be adapted to suit your needs.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

  • Holder of a Master’s degree in social/labor law or Human Resources and possibly specialized in negotiation and industrial relations, you have at least 8 years’ experience in a similar role, particularly in the commercial sector.
  • Recognized for your negotiation skills, your listening skills and your diplomacy, you demonstrate responsiveness and are a force for proposals.
  • You have initial successful experience in management and change management.
  • Mastery of English is required.
  • Experience in an industrial or international environment will be a plus.
