Focus on the Recruitment and Skills Development Service
The Recruitment and Skills Development Department is made up of 10 people. The mission of its members is to recruit and manage mobility by professional sector for Headquarters and the Field, and to develop the skills of its employees throughout the world.
And the Deputy Manager – Recruitment and Mobility in all this?
As Deputy Manager – Recruitment and Mobility, under the supervision of the Recruitment & Skills Development Manager, you will be the manager of the Recruitment & Mobility team.
To this end, your responsibilities will be as follows:
Management: you will be responsible for recruiting, supporting and monitoring the Recruitment & Mobility team (7 people), you will contribute to action plans consistent with the multi-year strategy and will manage their deployment.
Recruitment and mobility: you will manage the activity of the Recruitment & Mobility team, organized by professional sector.
Capacity building: you will be in charge of increasing skills in terms of recruitment for all HR and non-HR stakeholders, you will participate in the definition of training by professional sector, in coordination with the Training and Skills Development team .
External relations and HR communication: you will participate in the development of the Association’s Employer Brand, you will manage relations with schools and work in conjunction with the communications team.
Development of procedures and tools: in terms of recruitment, integration, pool management and mobility, you will contribute to the implementation of innovative HR policies to improve our internal practices.

Support the creation of the Recruitment & Mobility team organized by professional sector; recruit for the team and participate in the implementation of this new organization.
What you will need to succeed
- Training : You can provide proof of a higher diploma (Master 2 or equivalent) in Human Resources.
- Experience : You have at least 5 years of experience in Recruitment and Mobility, in an international NGO (field and/or headquarters) as well as in management. This is essential for this position!
- Skills : Do you have solid knowledge in recruitment and mobility management? This position is made for you!
- Required qualities : You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, ease of communication, both written and oral, and good negotiation skills. You are proactive, demonstrate great rigor, organization, empathy and curiosity. You have a taste for teamwork as well as good resistance to stress.
- Languages : Do you speak French and English fluently? Good, it’s essential for this position! Fluency in Spanish will also be appreciated.

- Status frame
- Salary: 3,300.00 – 3,450.00 EUR gross monthly over 12 months, depending on experience
- Medical coverage: 80% of health and welfare mutual insurance
- Coverage: Coverage of 50% of the transport ticket and 60% of Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of €9)
- Rest : 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37 hours/week)
