Role Purpose:
The primary purpose of the Child poverty reduction Deputy Program Manager is to assist the Child poverty reduction (CPR-PM) in managing in all Child poverty reduction funded projects in Puntland. The post-holder will support the PM in budget management responsibilities for Child poverty reduction program .
Contract Duration: One year with possible extension
Location: Gardo
Qualifications & Experience
University Degree in development studies, Agriculture, Economics or any other social sciences
A minimum of least 5 years’ management experience in the INGO environment, including exposure to field operations in both emergency and development programs
Good understanding of livelihoods, resilience, durable solution concepts and issues in both emergency and development context.
Solid project management skills and a proven history of delivering results
Ability to analyse information, evaluate options and implement project plans
