Development of an Online / Web-Based Uniform Reportorial Requirement (URR) Platform At RTI International

The Consulting Firm for this engagement is intended to support the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) to develop the Online URR system as above envisioned based on an IT infrastructure platform that deploys a suite of software products that are internationally used for data collection, historicizing, finding, analyzing, delivering, and visualizing, or managing of real-time data and events. With an Online URR System in place, ERC’s efficiency and effectiveness is improved and it can better manage regulatory risks in the implementation of the DUs’ pass-through charges.
