About Us:
INTERNATIONAL WARS AND DISASTERS VICTIMS’ PROTECTION ASSOCIATION (IRVD) is a non -governmental organization established by a group of volunteers in Syria during the crisis in 2012 and registered in the USA, Sweden, and turkey.
IRVD is implementing projects through regional offices in Syria, Turkey, Lebanon, Yemen, Sudan, Iraq, Palestine, and Somalia.
Our work sectors are Health, Nutrition, Education, Food Security and Livelihoods (FSL), Protection, Shelter & Non-food items, Wash and Sanitation.
IRVD also manages development projects, advocates to empower civil societies and local governance.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement training programs for employees and those working in the field of dialysis.
• Assess training needs and develop appropriate educational resources.
• Follow up on employee performance and provide advice and guidance to improve performance
• Monitor dialysis operations and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety procedures and standards.
• Organizing work schedules and distributing human resources to ensure continuous service availability.
• Deal with operational problems and challenges effectively and take the necessary actions to resolve them.
• Assist in maintaining dialysis machines when needed.
• Providing support and care for patients during dialysis.
• Interact with patients’ needs and provide advice and guidance to ensure good patient service.
• Supervising and evaluating reports prepared by technicians and nurses.
• Communicate with the multidisciplinary health care team to exchange information and improve dialysis services.

. Ability to work in a stressful environment and adapt quickly to changing environments.
• Ability to conduct work in a professional and mature manner
Qualifications
•medical degree or dialysis diploma or equivalent.
. Effective communication and ability to manage a team.
• At least 4 years of experience in the dialysis process
• Dialysis skills and technical experience
• Knowledge of infection control standards within health facilities
Languages:
- Arabic and English are mandatory (oral and written)
