ROLE PURPOSE:

The Digital Transformation Consultant will be responsible for supporting the organization in building visions, strategies, and implementation plans to facilitate digitalization efforts. The consultant will perform diagnosis and build digital transformation roadmaps, which includes identifying opportunities for digital transformation, assessing current processes and systems, and designing and implementing solutions to improve performance.

The role involves managing the implementation of an ERP system by overseeing the planning, design, development, testing, and deployment of the ERP system, requiring the consultant to have a strong technical background in ERP systems and automation, as well as experience in project management and NGOs work. The consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the ERP system meets the organization’s needs and goals.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving digital transformation initiatives for NGOs and should have a proven track record of managing complex projects.

Location: HQ/Gaziantep

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Developing and executing digital transformation plans.
  • Supporting in building visions, strategies, and implementation plans to help bring digitalization to the organization.
  • Designing workflows and processes that meet the organization’s requirements.
  • Overseeing the ERP implementation.
  • Collaborating with the relevant teams to ensure successful implementation of the ERP system.
  • Developing project plans and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of the ERP system.
  • Developing training materials and providing training to staff on how to use the ERP system.
  • Providing ongoing support to staff to ensure the ERP system continues to meet the organization’s needs.
  • Providing the guidance and support on best practices for digital transformation and project management.
  • Analyzing the organization’s IT infrastructure to identify areas that require improvement.
  • Designing technical infrastructure solutions to support the implementation of the ERP system.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the organization’s IT systems are secure and comply with relevant regulations.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest digital transformation and IT trends and technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in ERP systems and automation.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience working with NGOs or other non-profit organizations is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, and the latest tools and technologies used to manage and secure IT systems.
