Ideally, our candidates will have:

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, match with degree(s) in relevant field(s), or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing and working with networks or coalitions and with diverse partners.
  • Demonstrated track record in event organization, planning, and execution.
  • Experience in strategic communications and marketing.
  • Experience with business development, calculated risk-taking, and revenue-generating partnerships.
  • Reputation for effective, impactful, and caring leadership.
  • Functionally bilingual in French and English.
