A Director of an establishment

The Post
Under the authority of the Regional Director of Croix-Rouge Compétence BFC, you ensure the management of the establishment within the framework of the strategy defined by the association and implemented at the regional level and by sector. You are in charge of:
– Conduct the establishment’s policy
– Lead and unite the team around the implementation of the establishment project and the regional strategy
– Guarantee the financial health of the establishment with respect to the French Red Cross and funding organizations
– Lead the human resources policy
– Guarantee a good social climate, the facilitation of social dialogue and internal communication
– Ensure the integration of the establishment into its environment
– Supervise the operational management of the establishment

CRC BFC of the French Red Cross trains professionals and future professionals in the health and social sector throughout their lives (initial training, continuing training, support courses for entry into training in health and medical-social professions and pre-qualifications: nursing assistant, childcare assistant, educational and social support worker).
CRC BFC brings together 3 Initial Training Establishments based in Lons-le-Saunier, Quetigny and Vesoul) and a Regional Professional Training Center based in Quetigny.
The Vesoul site has 32 employees, Trainers, Secretaries, Accountants and Service Agents.

Coming from a nursing background, you hold a bac+5 diploma in the field of education or health.
You also hold the State Nursing Diploma and the Health Manager diploma.
You have at least 5 years of experience in teaching and/or management in the health, social or medico-social sector.
Experienced manager, your management skills as well as your coordination and leadership abilities are essential assets for the success of your missions. Human issues are at the heart of your action; they require analytical and step-back skills in decision-making.
Compensation according to the Collective Agreement of the French Red Cross between €45K and €52K gross per year (Seniority recovery possible, end-of-year bonus).
