Director of Sustainability Advisory

Following a period of significant growth, we are seeking a (global or regional) leader to develop and expand our sustainability advisory offering to the private sector. This start-up stream adds to our well-established non-profit advisory services globally and is foreseen to become a major additional growth area within 12 months.

As the first non-founding Director to MzN, you’ll have considerable responsibilities and autonomy, such as developing lasting client relationships, being a major contributor to MzN’s growth, defining innovative strategies and achieving results.

The right person will have a large, relevant network of contacts, possibly bring in existing clients and have a clearly demonstrated leadership in the field of Sustainability transformation advisory. We offer a fair revenue split on the new stream or a buy-in equity opportunity.

Essential qualifications

• Demonstrated business development experience and capacity
• Capable of driving an independent workstream within the context of a broader team
• Comfortable with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
• Can-do attitude and familiar with working in agile, remote work culture
