The Institute for Strategic Dialogue ( ISD ) is looking for a: n Educator: in, who regularly conducts training as part of the Business Council for Democracy ( BC4D ). The BC4D, which was initiated in 2020, offers adults a sustainable training program on the subject of „ Digital Citizens’ Culture “ during working hours. The aim is to strengthen the resilience of adults against digital democracy threats and to impart skills for responsible, secure use of the Internet.
The Educator: in, together with the colleagues at the ISD, will be responsible for updating, designing and implementing the project and the sustainable BC4D training program. You are also responsible for ensuring that the courses take place on schedule and are carried out with high quality.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Cooperation with the project team to implement and further develop high-quality training courses on the topic of „ Digital Citizens’ Culture “ for adults.
- Project management, in compliance with the time and budget
- Maintaining relationships with project partners
You also have a strong professional understanding of hybrid democratic threats and their effects on our society and also have experience in conducting training for adult participants – ideally in the form of workshops and public lectures. You also have excellent communication skills in German and, ideally, good knowledge of English.
