Focus on the Logistics Service
The Logistics Department is made up of 11 people. The mission of its members is to support the field teams, by controlling logistics procedures and practices.
And what about the Energy and Energy Transition Assistant in all this?
As an Energy and Energy Transition Assistant, you will participate in the reflection and implementation of the action plan relating to the management of energy infrastructure and the energy transition.
To this end, your responsibilities will be as follows:
- You will support the Missions in the management, analysis, sizing and review of their energy infrastructures
- You will support and facilitate training initiatives and the deployment of activities in the field.
- You will manage and monitor actions related to energy management and the association’s carbon impact.
What you will need to get this work-study program
- Training: You must be affiliated with a state-approved training center and can provide proof of training (bac +2) in the sector of adaptation to environmental issues and climate change, energy transition, sustainable development and the environment.
- Experience: You have a proven interest in climate change and environmental issues as well as the solidarity sector. Have you already worked with Première Urgence Internationale? This will be an undeniable asset!
- Skills: You are proficient in the Office suite.
- Required qualities: You are dynamic, autonomous, and you demonstrate great rigor and organization. You demonstrate good interpersonal skills and an ability to adapt. You are curious, proactive and you know how to be responsive in emergencies.
- Languages: Do you know French and English like the back of your hand? That’s great, as they are two essential languages for this work-study program!

PUI will offer you
- Status: Employee under a professionalization contract or apprenticeship contract
- Salary :
- Professionalization contract: Percentage of the minimum wage determined according to age and diploma
- Apprenticeship contract: Percentage of the minimum wage determined according to age and year of apprenticeship
- Support: Support of up to 50% of the transport ticket and up to 60% of the Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of €10)
- Medical coverage : 80% of the Health and Welfare mutual insurance
- Rest : 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37 hours/week)
- Five days off for exams
