General Objective of the Position:
To ensure the effective and sustainable implementation of early recovery activities and programs through data collection and analysis, preparing technical reports, field monitoring and supervision, and coordinating activities with local teams and partners. The role contributes to the rehabilitation of affected communities and enhances their resilience, helping restore normal life.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and supervise field activities to ensure adherence to work plans and safety procedures.
- Collect and analyze field data to ensure accurate and comprehensive reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports that include performance, challenges, and recommendations.
- Organize and update activity and beneficiary data using analytical tools such as Excel.
- Plan and implement early recovery activities efficiently and ensure objectives are met.
- Coordinate with field teams and local partners to facilitate activity implementation.
- Develop detailed work plans and regularly assess performance.
- Perform any tasks related to the organization’s project activities.
Required Skills and Experience:
- A university degree in business administration or a related field.
- At least two years of experience working on early recovery or development projects.
- Strong data analysis and report writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.
- Ability to travel fieldwork and work in challenging conditions.
- Good knowledge of the local context and the developmental needs of communities in the region.
