Under the authority of the FLEX IDF Territorial Director and in accordance with the guidelines of the associative project, the national strategic project and the sector strategy, you will be in charge of the management of the establishment and you will direct and lead a multidisciplinary team representing 20, 5 FTEs.

You lead human resources policy (management, recruitment, disciplinary, personnel administration, etc.) and encourage social dialogue.
You are responsible for financial management and investment policy and report on activities and the smooth running of structures to the regional sector director. You supervise the management of real estate assets.
You strengthen relationships with all partners and financiers and carry out a foresight and activity development mission. You supervise the quality policy within the center’s establishments (guarantee of good treatment within establishments, application of protocols, safety of premises and users).
You support structures as part of their developments (relocation, development of new systems)
You may be required to manage a larger scope as part of the development of our activities.
You participate in the sector’s management committee and regularly report on your activities to the territorial director.

With higher education (bac +5), you have proven expertise of at least 5 years in the management of social establishments and the financial management of the activity. You have knowledge of the legislation and regulations in force in the AHI sector (Reception, Accommodation, Integration).
Knowledge of public policies in France, institutional contacts, methods of intervention and financing is essential for the position.
With excellent interpersonal skills, you are recognized for your ability to lead a network.
