The Danish Refugee Council (DRC), within the implementation of the Mine Action program (ACM) in Colombia, seeks to contract with an insurance company legally constituted in Colombia and supervised by the Financial Superintendence of Colombia, an Extracontractual Civil Liability Insurance Policy. . This policy must cover third parties in the event of an eventuality associated with Humanitarian Demining activities.
Policy conditions:
1- Express coverage of damages caused by the insured both in the form of consequential damage and in the form of loss of profits.
2- Express coverage of non-property damages.
DRC asks you to submit your proposal. Please be guided by this RFQ and the attached Terms of Reference (TOR) Annex.
