PAC is an active NGO established in 2012, registered in Turkey, active in NWS, with other small operations offices in both Yemen and Sudan.

In NWS; PAC is a leading organization in both the health and Nutrition sectors through several central programs that work to improve the resilience of crisis-affected communities in NWS.

PAC’s programs always aimed to build and support the active health and nutrition systems in the target areas through maintaining a high level of integration across several sectors and leads central services to facilitate the provision of the service that other actors are running in NWS.

PAC is fully applying for the Protection against sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA) principles in all its work stages, as well, PAC is highly committed to creating a safe service provision environment based on humanitarian principles, and international humanitarian law, clean of any racism. • Position: Field Data Entry

• REPORTS TO: Project Manager

• PLACE OF WORK: NW Syria

• LANGUAGE: Arabic

  • Position Overview:

Enter the data collected by the team correctly and follow up by sending it to the relevant department.

Main Responsibility and main support required:

-Enter data collected by the team on a daily basis

-Ensure that the data is accurate and properly transmitted

-Ensure the validity of the data entered

-Recording, saving, and transmitting data in various available storage methods.

-Entering the paper data into soft forms.

-Organize and manage data, files, and documents.

-Technically assist the team in entering data when needed.

-Help the team collect data if necessary

-Send data and make sure it’s sent on a daily basis

-Follow the accuracy of the data and compare it with the data on the program sent from the information section

-Review the entered data periodically and correct any errors in coordination with the information department.

Qualifications:

  • General high school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of Data entry experience.
  • Two years of experience in humanitarian work.
  • Good knowledge of using computer
  • Knowledge of data collection applications like KOBO
  • Training courses in related fields.
