- Background
Crest Point for Consultancy and Development, established in 2018 is an independent international company that aims to bring about data-driven, lasting, and sustainable developments for clients, partners, and communities, thus ensuring a more accountable and evidence-based programming. CPCD is currently operating in the Middle East: Syria, Turkey, Iraq, Yemen, Lebanon, and Jordan in addition to North Africa: Libya, Sudan, Egypt, and other countries like Ukraine and Colombia in south America.
We are a consulting company that provides TPM, Research and Assessment, and Capacity Building Services throughout the MENA and North Africa regions. - Objectives
The primary objectives of the enumerators are to:
- Collect accurate and reliable data through surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions.
- Ensure data is collected in a consistent and ethical manner.
- Submit collected data in a timely and organized fashion.
- Scope of Work
Enumerators will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Participate in training sessions provided by Crest Point.
- Conduct surveys and interviews with selected respondents.
- Ensure all data is collected according to the provided guidelines and methodologies.
- Record responses accurately and without bias.
- Manage and safeguard all data collection equipment and materials.
- Report any issues or challenges faced during data collection to the supervisor.
- Submit daily reports on the progress of data collection activities.
5. Deliverables
Enumerators are expected to deliver:
- Completed survey forms and interview records.
- Daily progress reports.
- Final summary report at the end of the data collection period.
6. Qualifications and Experience
Enumerators should possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in social sciences or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in data collection or field research.
- Proficiency in local languages and English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data recording.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Ethical Considerations
Enumerators must adhere to ethical guidelines, including:
- Obtaining informed consent from all respondents.
- Ensuring confidentiality and anonymity of respondents.
- Avoiding any form of coercion or pressure during data collection.
8. Supervision and Reporting
Enumerators will report to the Field Supervisor assigned by Crest Point. Regular check-ins and debriefing sessions will be conducted to ensure smooth progress and address any challenges.
