Finance and Administration Officer – Education At Tetra Tech

The Position

The Finance and Administration Officer works under the direction of the Finance and Operations Manager – Education to ensure that programmatic activities are consistently, effectively, and efficiently supported through well-functioning financial and administrative processes that also comply with Australian Government, Fiji Government, TetraTech and FPSF requirements and policies. The role falls within the program management team and will coordinate with other management staff, functions, and processes.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in finance, accounting or commerce from a recognised institution, or a diploma in accounting or management with at least five years of relevant experience.

The successful candidate will have at least three years’ experience in finance duties or office administration working within a professional office environment. This person will have good computing skills and experience using Microsoft Office applications and general knowledge of accounting procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, engaging effectively and sensitively with people of various cultures, disciplines, and stakeholder organisations.

This position is locally engaged and reserved for National Citizens of Fiji. The annual salary will be between FJD 44,000 and 51,598 dependent upon the successful candidate’s skills and experience
