Know our team

Nutrition International’s Corporate Services (CS) unit is a dedicated team of Finance and Administrative experts with extensive global experience. The unit leads on providing global Accounting, Finance, Budget and Compliance, Contracting and Procurement, Facilities management, and Information Management and Information Technology (IM/IT). Corporate Services teams are found in Nutrition International’s Headquarters in Ottawa, Canada, as well as within our Regional and Country offices throughout Africa and Asia.

About you

You are someone has experience performing the day-to-day operational accounting functions. You have a bachelor’s degree or a college diploma in accounting, finance or business or equivalent experience and at least 3 years of experience in accounting.You are well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges and rewards of working in a diverse office environment.

About the role

In this role you will:

  • Prepare accounts payable entries for Headquarter.
  • Prepare wires, direct deposits and cheques payments and bank reconciliations.
  • Creates GL accounts, vendor & MDA codes as required.
  • Maintain the capital asset subledgers and manage the inventory of Nutrition International assets including asset database, asset tagging and identifying assets for replacement.
  • Assists in the preparation of various year-end worksheets and account analysis.
