Here’s where you come in:

As Financial Reporting, Risk, and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team to ensure compliance with statutory and external reporting obligations for the global financial operations of WVI. This includes:

  • Lead staff in the operational management of year-end audit process,
  • Manage financial reporting and compliance related matters for the WVI global entity;
  • Identifying gaps in existing global finance policies and procedures and drive changes to enhance practice in the Global Centre, Regional Offices, Field Offices and Support Offices, where appropriate;
  • Lead the reporting and analysis of internal audit findings and internal control self-assessments by offices to inform financial management practice across the Partnership;
  • Lead and/or oversee projects to improve processes and practices of the team and global finance processes, with a continuous improvement and customer focused mindset.

Requirements include:

  • Minimum of eight years of professional private/corporate accounting work experience or five years in public accounting.
  • Management experience required.
  • Work experience in public accounting firm or non-profit organization highly desired.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or the equivalent.
  • Accredited with CPA, Institute of Chartered Accountants or equivalent professional accounting body.
  • Strong knowledge in US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  • Strong knowledge in external audit and internal controls, with experience assessing Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

For positions filled in the Philippines, the typical salary range for this role is Php95,000.00 to Php120,000.00. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, job level, internal equity and budget. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
