Job Title: Fleet & Administration Coordinator
Position Type: Fulltime National Staff

Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Logistics Manager, the Support & Administration Coordinator will support Food for the Hungry’s country program through the provision of high-quality admin and support services to Food for the Hungry staff. The Fleet & Administration Coordinator will be responsible for the security of the Organization, vehicle fleet, provide technical input in the development of FHU Fleet and Admin management policy, security policy guidelines, and standard operating procedures, maintain fleet database, maintain Admin maintenance database, reconcile fuel consumption and provide technical advice to management on issues relating to admin and support. In administration, the responsibilities will include but are not limited to facilities management, security, office space leasing, premises maintenance, asset management, effective events management, managing expatriate/ international staff travel and accommodations among others. Provide support to the procurement team and all support functions to enhance efficiency & effectiveness for Food for the Hungry service delivery.

Education/Experience:
- A University Degree in Business Administration/Logistics or an equivalent.
- At least a level of professional qualification of CIPS or CILT or an equivalent in Administration. Additional training in fleet management is desirable.
- Must have a valid driving permit (classes A, B, CM, and DL) with at least 5 years of driving experience.
- Knowledge of automotive mechanics is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven supervisory experience in fleet and admin preferably in the International humanitarian organization.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience at supervisory level in fleet and admin preferably with an NGO; proven experience in fleet and office administration.
- Fleet management system, GPS tracking, fleet maintenance, and driver training.
- Knowledge in other logistics functional areas like warehousing and procurement is desirable
- Strategic and long-term planning and implementation skills are required
- Training, mentoring, and capacity building

Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Fleet and Admin Coordinator, the Fleet and Admin Assistant will support Food for the Hungry’s country program through the provision of high-quality transport services to Food for the Hungry staff. A Fleet and Admin Assistant will be fully dedicated to Kampala Support Office on day-to-day fleet-related operational runs as well as ensure proper administration is maintained. They will ensure efficient and cost-effective maintenance, repair, and utilization of Food for the Hungry’s fleet of vehicles and motorcycles. The Fleet and Admin Assistant will be responsible for the security of the vehicle fleet, provide technical input in the development of FHU fleet management policy, guidelines, and standard operating procedures, maintain fleet database, maintain fleet maintenance database, reconcile fuel consumption. In administration, the responsibilities will include effective events management, managing expatriate/ international staff travel and accommodations, assets management among others. Provide support to the Support Services Division team to enhance efficiency & effectiveness for Food for the Hungry delivery. The incumbent will also be responsible for monitoring the movement of vehicles in Kampala.
