Flying Logistics Coordinator M/F At Islamic Relief France

The SIF is looking for a Flying Logistics Coordinator for its headquarters in Massy (91).

Context

Reporting to the Director of International Programs and Operations, you will carry out interim, support or reframing missions, aimed at improving the quality of the logistics work of the field teams, in the areas of logistics management, purchasing management and security management.

Your main missions will be the following (non-exhaustive and evolving list):

• Coordinate, plan and ensure the monitoring of the mission’s logistical activities.
• Regularly update, integrate and monitor the implementation of the mission security plan.
• In coordination with the desks, ensure that all purchasing and logistics activities comply with relevant logistics procedures.
• Contribute to the development of the mission’s operational strategy.

Profile

• Required diploma: Bac +5 in logistics or diploma in Humanitarian Action Logistics Manager such as bioforce.
• 3 years of experience as a logistician in the field in the humanitarian sector.
• Rigor, composure, responsiveness and good analytical skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Terms

• Permanent contract, available immediately.
• Status: Full-time supervisor.
