DESCRIPTION OF THE OFFER
Job Responsibilities
He/she is responsible for defining the deployment and development strategy of SolisBot internally (other SI countries) and externally (other organizations).
He/she is in charge of defining and implementing the financing plan and the financial viability of SolisBot.
He/she is responsible for the deployment of SolisBot within the SI intervention countries and within other organizations.
He/she is responsible for the operational monitoring of external stakeholders (user organizations, institutional or private financiers, partners, etc.).
He/she manages the project team
Main activities of the position
Representation :
Structure the tool’s promotional argument for each stakeholder
Promote SolisBot externally for use by other organizations (target of opening to 8 NGOs by 2030)
Manage and coordinate the search for funding opportunities with the support of the private partnerships and institutional cooperation department
Guarantee the support and monitoring of external partners and prospects
Strategy :
Define the multi-year strategy of the project
Implement this strategy after validation by the steering committee and monitor it using activity and performance indicators
Define the roadmap for improvements to the Solis Bot based on the strategy and manage its implementation.
Project management :
Capitalize on all the knowledge of the Lebanon office project in order to ensure the transfer of skills to headquarters
Manage, coordinate and implement the institutional deployment of SolisBot within the SI Countries in conjunction with the field teams
Manage, coordinate and implement the deployment of SolisBot within other organizations
Prepare and lead the steering committees
Budget / financing:
Develop the SolisBot financing plan
Break down the financing plan into annual budgets, primarily for the period 2024-2026
Ensure budgetary monitoring of the project and guarantee its adequacy with the annual budgets and the financing plan
Develop and guarantee financial resources through the development of partnerships
Manage and coordinate the drafting of project proposals with the support of the Accountability and Partnership Development (RDP) department.
Jobs:
Ensure compliance with SolisBot’s SERA prerequisites
Ensure compliance with SolisBot’s information system prerequisites, and mainly with regard to cybersecurity aspects
Set up and monitor SolisBot’s impact indicators and draw regular analyses from them
Ensure the implementation of technical and business documentation
YOUR PROFILE
3 years of experience in project management, ideally with a digital component
Good knowledge of SERA issues and particularly of accountability to beneficiaries
Significant experience in developing partnerships and representation
Significant experience in prospecting and managing funding (institutional and private donors linked to humanitarian work)
Experience in business development is a plus
Experience in software project management with external distribution is a plus
Professional English and French essential (read, spoken and written)
IF YOU WILL OFFER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
Position based at the headquarters of Solidarités International, in Clichy la Garenne (Mairie de Clichy metro station) with occasional travel to the field
Fixed-term contract, Executive status
Gross monthly salary of: €3,842 or €4,001 depending on the scale in force at the headquarters and the candidates
‘ experience Possibility of teleworking: 4 or 12 per month or 100% teleworking with 3 days of mandatory face-to-face time per month. Depending on the profile and experience of the candidates and in accordance with the Teleworking Charter in force and the manager.
Leave: 2.0833 CP / month and 1 day of RTT / full month of work
Mutual insurance (80%), meal vouchers (60%), Île de France transport tickets (50%) covered by the association, 100% Teleworking monthly package
Recovery days and medical coverage covered 100% during field trips
