Particularly committed to combating diseases linked to unsafe water, the leading cause of death in the world, SI implements through its interventions expertise in the field of access to drinking water, sanitation and the promotion of hygiene, but also in the essential field of food security and livelihoods. Present in over 20 countries, the teams made up of expatriates, national employees, permanent staff at headquarters, a few volunteers, etc. – intervene with professionalism and commitment while respecting cultures.

Description of the offer

The National Human Resources Service Support is a key role within the HRN team, he/she is responsible for various administrative and operational tasks to support the smooth running of the HRN service.

He/she will work closely with RHN managers and various missions in the field.

Your profile

TRAINING

Degree in Human Resources, Management, Administration or related field.

EXPERIENCE

Initial experience in administrative or HR support is desired.

SKILLS & QUALITIES

  • Knowledge of epiconcept software is a plus (Homer, SAGA)
  • Good command of Office 365 online tools and office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in French and English (very good level of reading, writing and speaking). Fluency in other languages ​​(Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese in particular) is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills, rigor, ability to work in a team,
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
  • Good stress management
  • Donors’ knowledge of the humanitarian sector

SI will offer you the following conditions

  • Position based at the headquarters of Solidarités International, in Clichy la Garenne (Mairie de Clichy metro station)
  • Fixed-term contract
  • Gross monthly salary of: €2,508 to €2,612 depending on the scale in force at the head office and the candidates ‘ experience
  • Possibility of teleworking: 4 to 12 days per month, in accordance with the Teleworking Charter in force and the manager.
  • 12 days of RTT/year
  • Leave: 2.0833 CP/month and 1 day of RTT/full month of work
  • Mutual insurance (80%), meal vouchers (60%), Île de France transport tickets (50%) covered by the association
