SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL (SI) is an international humanitarian aid association which, for more than 40 years, has provided relief to populations victims of armed conflicts and natural disasters by responding to vital needs, drinking, eating and shelter. Particularly committed to the fight against diseases linked to unsafe water, the leading cause of death in the world, SI implements through its interventions expertise in the field of access to drinking water, sanitation and promotion hygiene but also in the essential aspect of food security and means of existence. Present in around twenty countries, the SI teams – 2,000 people in total made up of expatriates, national staff, permanent staff at headquarters, a few volunteers, etc. – intervene with professionalism and commitment while respecting cultures.

The position of Recruitment & Careers Officer (CRP) is extremely varied, on the one hand because the contexts are constantly changing and evolving, the profiles to be recruited are very diverse and on the other hand because it will bring you to carry out recruitment / inductions / mission monitoring / field trips and sometimes support in the management of difficult situations.
You will have to recruit and support expatriates who leave for our areas of intervention in the contexts of the desk in charge of Haiti, Venezuela & Ukraine. Please note that Solidarités International reserves the right to change the countries and teams supervised by the Recruitment and Careers Officers, on a permanent basis, during service reorganizations.
Depending on the workload of the entire team of Recruitment and Careers Officers, you will also have to provide support in other countries, on an ad hoc basis, which will require responsiveness and rapid understanding of very specific contexts. different. The notion of teamwork and support will therefore be a key notion of your role.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Within the Recruitment & Career Pathway department of Solidarités International and under the supervision of the Deputy Manager of the Recruitment & Career Pathway Department, the Recruitment & Career Pathway Manager:
- Ensures internal and external recruitment of candidates for the association’s missions and is responsible for HR monitoring of expatriates during their mission. This involves listening to HR difficulties in the field, knowing how to identify and resolve problems (health, skills, behavior, etc.) and reporting alerts to the Desk and the department manager.
- Is involved in the sizing of the missions for which he is responsible (relevance of set-ups, reflection on roles and responsibilities, attention to the workload as well as the fluidity of communication patterns, etc.).
- Guarantees compliance with Human Resources policies on the missions of his assigned Desk and supports the missions on any question relating to HR.
- Is a source of proposals for the development and consolidation of Solidarités International’s recruitment policy and is in charge of managing the pool and making it dynamic.
- Leads HR modules from preparation to departure and participates in departmental HR projects.
The team is currently made up of 7 CRPs, two Deputy Service Managers, a Recruitment & Career Support Officer, an intern and the Service Manager.
YOUR PROFILE
We are interested in several types of profiles:
- Former expatriates who have already demonstrated an appetite for human resources, holding the positions of HR Coordinator or Field Coordinator for example. Experiences in emergency humanitarian missions really make the difference because they will provide relevant support for expatriates.
- People demonstrating HR technical skills in recruitment in particular, on which they can rely to develop their understanding of the sector.
Mastery of the most common office software (Word and Excel) as well as a very good command of English are essential.
IF WILL OFFER YOU THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
- Position based at the headquarters of Solidarités International, in Clichy la Garenne (Métro Mairie de Clichy) with potential travel on French territory, during trade fairs and forums linked to recruitment in its professional sector
- Fixed-term contract, Framework status. Replacement Sickness Leave
- Gross monthly remuneration of: €3,183 or €3,316 depending on the scale in effect at headquarters and the candidates’ experiences
- Possibility of teleworking: 4 or 12 per month or 100% teleworking with 3 mandatory face-to-face days per month. Depending on the profile and experience of the candidates and in accordance with the Teleworking Charter in force and the manager.
- Leave: 2.0833 CP/month and 1 day of RTT/full month of work
- Mutual insurance (80%), restaurant tickets (60%), Île de France transport tickets (50%) covered by the association, 100% teleworking monthly package
