Location: Solidarités International headquarters, Clichy with field travel (40% to 60%). Possibility of teleworking.

SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL (SI) is an international humanitarian aid association that, for nearly 40 years, has been providing assistance to populations affected by armed conflicts and natural disasters by meeting their vital needs: drinking, eating, and shelter. Particularly committed to the fight against diseases linked to unsafe water, the leading cause of death in the world, SI implements through its interventions expertise in the field of access to drinking water, sanitation and the promotion of hygiene, but also in the essential field of food security and livelihoods. Present in around twenty countries, SI teams – 2,000 people in total made up of expatriates, national staff, permanent staff at headquarters, a few volunteers, etc. – intervene with professionalism and commitment while respecting cultures.

The mission

SI is looking for its trainer/deployer for its new cost allocation method in its countries of intervention. The trainer/deployer joins the management control team made up of 5 people. Within management control, you are responsible for supporting the deployment of the new cost allocation method on IS missions and contributing to the overall progress of the project in conjunction with the various stakeholders.

Organize the deployment of the method on the selected missions

Contribute to project management (strategy, planning, methodology, communication) and participate in the continuous improvement of the deployment of the chosen solution in conjunction with the project manager and the departments concerned.

Prepare the deployment with the various stakeholders involved, at headquarters and on missions (Management Control, Accounting, National HR)

Support operational teams at headquarters and relevant mission coordinators in the preparation and execution of deployment for each mission concerned.

Debrief and capitalize on each new deployment experience.

Monitor the progress of deployment on missions.

Deploy the solution on selected missions

Preparation of SAGA & HOMERE parameters and source documents upstream of the pilot.

Implementation of the allocation method and the web application on the selected missions.

Training of field teams (in coordination and in bases).

Verification of data generated by the application and use in financial tools (budget monitoring, accounting).

Answers to all technical questions about methodology and application.

Contribute to the improvement of training materials and carry out key training for deployment

Analyze the needs of different users to train on the tool and define the training method best suited to each dissemination phase

Update and/or design the supports for the different phases of dissemination of the tool

Train, if necessary, professional trainers, who will in turn train end users.

Contribute to the training of headquarters technical staff.

Contribute to the improvement of methodology and tools

Organize feedback with all people involved at headquarters.

Collect feedback from field teams.

Based on feedback, contribute to improving the methodology and the application developed.

IF YOU WILL OFFER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS

Position based at the headquarters of Solidarités International, in Clichy la Garenne (Metro Mairie de Clichy). With numerous trips to the field (between 40% and 50%)

Fixed-term contract , Executive status until the end of September 2026

Possibility of teleworking: 4 or 12 days of teleworking per month or 100% teleworking in metropolitan France with 3 days of mandatory face-to-face work per month. In accordance with the Teleworking Charter in force and the manager.

Gross monthly salary: 3183 euros to 3316 euros depending on the scale in force at the head office

Leave: 2.0833 CP/month and 1 day of RTT/full month of work

Mutual insurance (80%), meal vouchers (60%), transport tickets (50%) covered by the association

Recovery days and 100% medical coverage during field trips.

Education and experience :

Higher education, such as a business school, master’s degree in management/finance,

Essential experience in an NGO of at least 2 years in a financial coordination position in the field, or in a similar position,

Experience in management control at the headquarters of an NGO is desirable,

Professional experience as a trainer is essential.

Experience and/or knowledge of intervention contexts would be appreciated.

Knowledge of design, organization and conduct of training

Knowledge of change management

Good organizational skills, flexibility and adaptability

Good communication skills

Multi-department, multi-site (headquarters and missions) and cross-functional project management

Curious mind about new training technologies

English essential/French. Knowledge of professional Spanish would be an asset.

Knowledge of SAGA accounting software and HOMERE payroll software is a plus. Proficiency in the most common office software (Word, Excel). Proficiency in Solidarités International financial tools and processes would be a plus.
