The French component of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, the French Red Cross (CRF) is active nationally and internationally.

In France: A major player in the social and solidarity economy, the French Red Cross manages a network of more than 600 establishments and services in the health, medico-social and training sectors. It also heads 12 regional health and social training institutes.

Internationally: the CRF operates in 16 countries alongside National Societies and through 2 regional platforms (PIRAC and PIROI), mainly on the themes of Health and Disaster Risk Management.

As in the professions it develops and implements in France, the French Red Cross bases all its international missions on the objective of sustainable humanitarian action. This is reflected in the coordination of emergency, post-emergency, crisis recovery and reconstruction activities aimed at achieving maximum efficiency. The objective is to carry out actions with lasting effects and to enable populations to regain their full autonomy. The partnership with the Red Cross and Crescent Societies of the countries of intervention (SNO) is a strong focus of the CRF’s operational strategy.

Job

The IT project manager ensures the management of the dematerialization project (EDM) and the management of the CRF’s international activities (AidImpact) as a whole (in support of key business processes in the financial, HR and budgetary functions).

The missions are structured around managing the pilot phase, supporting users through change until the first dematerialized processes are received, reporting anomalies, and improving processes.

MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES

MISSION 1 Piloting the “pilot” phase of “AidImpact”

Define a target schema of a deployment solution for pilots

Define user needs to carry out the pilot and carry out the pilot phase Prepare the pilot test notebook

User management in pilot phase

Analyze the reporting of anomalies and qualify the anomalies Report anomalies to the publisher and propose corrections

MISSION 2 Support for changes in EDM and AidImpact

Ensure technological monitoring relating to the scope concerned

Write presentation and usage documents for the information system.

Provide training, write documentary support and, more generally, assist the various users of the information system

MISSION 3 Preparation for deployment

Define a target diagram of a dematerialization solution for the delegations planned during the deployment phase Define the rules for accessing information according to user categories.

Provides advisory support, tools and methods that can be adapted to the local context

Candidate profile

With higher education, you must:

– Know how electronic document management and dematerialization tools work.

– Know the regulatory, organizational and technical context and the methods of implementing dematerialization in public services.

– Manage and validate functional tests Implement and lead IT projects Mastery of Excel.

– Knowledge of institutional donor procedures Ability to work in a team.

– Coordinate internal and external partners for its mission.
