About Us
Bodhi Global Analysis is a UK-based international development research consultancy with a subsidiary in Nairobi. We are committed to delivering high-quality research through academic rigour and objective analysis. Our work helps international development stakeholders, including the UN, (I)NGOs, and non-profits, develop evidence-based strategies for impactful interventions.
Bodhi was founded with a strong focus on integrating a gender and inclusion lens into all our research and consultancy work. We support clients in mainstreaming gender, ensuring inclusivity for marginalised groups, including those with disabilities and diverse gender identities and sexual orientations. Our approach is intersectional, and we frequently conduct gender mainstreaming training, gender assessments using tools such as the UNFPA-UNICEF Gender-Transformative Accelerator Tool and the CARE Gender Marker, as well as gender-sensitive political economy and conflict analyses.
We adhere to feminist research principles, prioritising participatory research approaches. Our work is guided by equitable partnerships, ensuring local and national expertise shape our research from inception to analysis, challenging traditional power imbalances in development research.
