About the role
Reporting to the Inclusiv Education Board, you will be responsible for representing IE’s service model to deliver the transformational potential of EdTech. A full-time, permanent position, based in Australia or any location that can support our national and international operations, you’ll be responsible for leading the Inclusiv Education team growth as we build our partner engagement and scaling our operations to fully optimise our impact across the globe.
You will make an impact by:
- Leading the Inclusiv Education team through growth and change, and optimising business development in line with agreed strategic priorities and targets
- Advancing Inclusiv Education’s profile in the sector, through relationship building, leading multi-channel marketing and representation of the organisation at conferences and public forums
- Supporting the product management and advisory teams to engage with partners and clients
- Working with your well-established global network to further the impact of Inclusiv Education’s work to bridge the digital divide

You’re a natural leader and a strong communicator, able to effectively convey our mission and purpose to potential partners and clients. A creative and strategic thinker, you find ways to enhance and grow the quality, capacity, and partnership base, and scale our business accordingly. You may have had experience as a Country Director or similar in an International Development organisation.
This role requires:
- General Management or CEO experience in an International Development or start-up environment, with proven success in scaling small businesses
- Advanced partnership engagement and relationship management experience in an International Development environment
- Demonstrated significant, relevant experience and/or qualifications in training or education
- Proven delivery of portfolio growth and achieving revenue targets
- Strong Financial acumen, including experience in management of large-scale budgets, instituting financial controls, and grant management
- Ability to negotiate at senior management level and a track record for conflict resolution and solution seeking.
- Demonstrated project leadership experience in international development and/or education sectors
- The ability to lead and mentor high performing teams with competing priorities to achieve client deliverables
