Asmae is an independent and secular association recognized as being of public utility. It was created in 1980 by Sister Emmanuelle to provide protection and education to the most vulnerable children in the world. Present in 7 countries: Egypt, Lebanon, India, Philippines, Madagascar, Burkina Faso and France, Asmae supports local actors while also acting on an institutional scale.

THE MISSION
As part of the strategy of Asmae-Association Sœur Emmanuelle and in accordance with its values, the General Public Collection Manager is responsible for developing resources resulting from the generosity of the public.
Under the responsibility of the Private Resources Department, the General Public Collection Manager proposes the strategy for developing donations from the general public as well as gifts and manages its implementation. She/he guarantees the achievement of objectives, reports results and proposes corrective actions if necessary. She/he develops and manages budgets and external services, recruits teams, supervises them by promoting skills development, and promotes internal and external synergies.
THE POST
1- Develop funds from general public fundraising
Manage the development of general public and middle donor fundraising
- Propose a digital and print collection strategy for the general public and middle donors in close collaboration with the consulting agency
- Break down the strategy into biannual and annual plans and manage their implementation
- Propose sources of diversification for general public collections
- Supervise loyalty and prospecting campaigns and propose improvements in terms of efficiency and direct debits
- Guarantee the quality and performance of content produced for general public collection by promoting unaffected collection and responsiveness to emergency actions
- Supervise the analysis of campaigns based on key indicators and propose areas for improving their performance
- Supervise the quality of the relationship with donors, the consistency and efficiency of the donor journey at all stages of the relationship cycle
- Monitor developments and innovations in the sector
- Oversee database administration
- Ensure the consistency, quality and proper functioning of tools and services linked to the collection and management of donations: donation module, database, outsourced management of donations, internal procedures; supervise external services and ensure their efficiency
- Work in close collaboration with the communications manager for the deployment of communication/collection campaigns across all print, digital and press relations media
- Work in good collaboration with the management of the division for the development of major donors
2- Develop funds from donations
- Propose a strategy for developing donations in close collaboration with the consulting agency
- Break down the strategy into biannual and annual plans and manage their implementation
- Supervise the efficiency of the marketing plan, the media plan in relation to communication, and relations with prospects, information seekers and proven testers
3- Reporting and internal information
- Communicate monthly reporting of key quantitative and qualitative indicators on general public collections and donations, as well as their analysis and proposals for improvement
- Ensure good internal communication related to activities, ensure compliance with internal procedures and practices and be a force for proposals on relevant updates and improvements
Cross-curricular activities
- Propose budgets, ensure their compliance and follow-up on commitments
- Ensure the administrative management of the service
- Ensure compliance with the operational framework of the activity defining in particular the roles and responsibilities of the different actors and the operating plan between headquarters and the field
- Ensure a monthly coordination point with the financial department for accounting reconciliations; supervise data extraction and analysis for annual closings
- Ensure the availability and updating of internal procedures
- Participate in external networks linked to the service
- Ensure competitive intelligence
- Promote internal synergies, particularly with the communications and awareness department
II. RELATIONSHIPS
- Under the hierarchical responsibility of the management of the private resources / communication / awareness center
- Supervision of a donation management and donor relations manager and an intern or work-study student
- The incumbent works in close collaboration with the various services and people of the association (employees and volunteers) and supervises relations with service providers.
THE REQUIRED PROFILE
- Higher education Bac+3/5 in marketing, commerce, ESC or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of fundraising and its stakeholders (direct marketing consulting agencies, file brokers, telephone call centers, street marketing companies, printers, database hosts, etc.) and collection/database synergies communication
- 5 years of experience in an agency, foundation or association in the following areas: fundraising, direct marketing, database management, donations
- Excellent knowledge of figures and good knowledge of direct marketing tools: database management, statistical techniques (segmentation, audience targeting, typology), construction of arguments, development of a strategic marketing plan, etc.
- Experience working with volunteers appreciated

PRACTICAL ARRANGEMENTS

- Starting position: from April 15, 2024
- Working time: 218 days, RTT
- Remuneration: €40K – €43K gross annually, depending on profile
- Place of work: position based in Montreuil (93)
- Other advantages : Teleworking 3 days maximum according to charter
- Mutual insurance 70% covered by Asmae, Meal vouchers with a face value of €9 of which 60% covered by Asmae, 50% reimbursement for the Navigo package or sustainable mobility package.
