Focus on the Logistics Service
The Logistics Department is made up of 8 people. The mission of its members is to support the field teams, by controlling logistics procedures and practices.
And the General Services Logistics Assistant in all this?
As a General Services Logistics Assistant, you will perform your duties within the Logistics Department made up of 3 branches: logistics monitoring of missions, international procurement and the work environment branch. You will evolve within the working environment branch under the supervision of the assistant logistics manager in the working environment branch.
You will participate in the reflection and implementation of the action plan relating to the work environment in general as well as the smooth running of general services. This includes the proper functioning of all services provided to occupants and users (effective and appropriate tools, means, solutions), management and monitoring of the building in relation to development issues, compliance with legal obligations and its security, development, rigorous management and monitoring of the budget linked to the activity (expenses, supplier/service provider contracts).
What you will need to land this work-study program
- Training: You must be attached to a state-approved training center and be currently training to obtain a higher diploma, level Bac+2 general services.
- Experience: Do you already have experience working in a team? This will be greatly appreciated! Experience in an associative environment? Even better!
- Skills: You have very good writing skills in French, and are proficient in computers (Office Pack).
- Required qualities: You have a strong interest in the work environment as well as a proven interest in the International Solidarity sector, with a particular appetite for user support. You demonstrate autonomy, curiosity, availability, proactivity, have a sense of organization and know how to be reactive in an emergency. You also have good interpersonal skills and demonstrate teaching skills.
- Languages: Are you fluent in French and English? This is essential for this position!

PUI will offer you
- Status: Employee on professionalization contract or apprenticeship contract
- Salary :
Professionalization contract: Percentage of the minimum wage determined based on age and diploma
Apprenticeship contract: Percentage of the minimum wage determined according to age and year of apprenticeship
- Support: Support of up to 50% of the transport ticket and up to 60% of the Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of €10)
- Medical coverage : 100% from health and welfare mutual insurance
- Rest : 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37 hours/week)
- Five days off for exams
- A flexible teleworking policy , based on three modalities.
