* Collect, analyse, import, and validate data from diverse sources, including field surveys, agreements, maps, satellite photos, and GIS layers, to ensure quality, consistency, and correctness in the geodatabase.

* Create and deploy data analysis and visualization tools and methodologies to aid decision-making and planning for wastewater reuse agreements with farmers, such as spatial and temporal queries, statistical analysis, maps, charts, graphs, and so on.

* Document and test the geodatabase for usability, reliability, and security.

* The consultant/company must work closely with the WAJ/Environment and Reuse Directorate and the ICTU unit in WAJ to ensure the tool’s functionality, security, and alignment with requirements.
