Contract Scope:
The contract will deliver a 12-month human resource (HR) systems improvement project to transform our global benefits across all our geographical locations. This will result in a clear, fair and transparent approach to how we manage global benefits, relocation and pay. The work will aim to meet our aspiration to decolonize, be anti-racist and feminist in how we engage our staff. With increased equity across local and international staff, and across locations.
It will facilitate clear consistent processes; efficient and value to money services and attractive benefits that are tailored to different market and location needs.
Deliverables:
- Develop a process to ensure our salaries are reviewed on a regular basis, are aligned to local markets, consistent across grades and are agile to changes in inflation and cost of living.
- Evaluate our local and global health insurance to ensure it provides the cover we want, is equitable across locations and cost effective.
- Analyse our relocations packages to ensure they are appropriate for local needs, equitable across regions and give our people what they need. Putting in place tools to calculate relocation packages in a fair and transparent way.
- Analyse our global and local pension provision to ensure investments are giving good returns, management costs are low, contributions are equitable and tax efficient.
- Coordinate a review of our HR handbooks and policies. Set up an ongoing policy review mechanism and appropriate approval mechanisms.
- Implementation:Develop a comms and engagement plan to implement any changes. Ensure all of the above are embedded into FocalPoint and other comms channels.
