Global Chief Operations Officer / Director / A Global Of Operations – Gasol Foundation At Gasol Foundation

Depending on the Global Executive Director of the Gasol Foundation, to whom she will report directly, she will play a fundamental role in both Spain and the United States in strategic management, supervision and coordination of the organization’s operations (Administration and Finance, HR and Logistics), leading the digitization plan and ensuring sound and transparent financial management, efficient planning and allocation of resources, optimization of internal processes, as well as logistical coordination of the entity.

This position requires fostering international collaboration between organizations, leading and coordinating efforts to ensure the necessary infrastructure, as well as establishing and/or enhance the key procedures that allow the consolidation and sustainable growth of the organization to comply with the next Strategic Plan of the Gasol Foundation at a global level.

MAIN FUNCTIONS:

  • OPERATIONS

TO. Administration and Finance – Legal: Among others:

one. Lead the administration and finance area.

2. Coordinate the closing of the economic memory and performance of the audit.

3. Budgetary and financial planning and control: preparation, monitoring and budgetary control of the entity’s projects.

4. Economic justification of projects – reports to donors including public bodies and private entities. Control and monitoring of the destination of income (GAU).

5. Coordinate with management and auditors the performance of the external audit.

6. Coordination with prosecutors and lawyers to carry out the review of contracts and collaboration agreements.

7. Investment management.

B. People management:

one. Coordination with the agency for the preparation and payment of payrolls, registrations, losses and contract modifications.

2. Supervision of the employee platform, allocation of hours to projects.

C. Systems and Digitization:

one. Coordinate management with the IT provider.

2.Lead the implementation of the Digitization Plan 360.

D. Purchases and Logistics: Coordination of the area of purchases, order making and shipments of material, as well as the external and internal warehouse.

  • COMPLIANCE:

REQUIRED PROFILE:

Training:

  • University Degree: Degree in ADE, Economics / Engineering of Industrial Organization or similar.
  • Training in the environment of management, administration and finance and / or industrial organization, systems and logistics will be especially valued.

Experience:

  • Essential at least 7 years of experience related to the functions to be developed in technological and versatile environments, and with international experience.
  • Essential experience in the third sector.
  • Very high level of English, spoken and written.

It will be additionally valued:

  • Professional experience in international settings, specifically in the United States.
  • Driving license and own vehicle.

Conditions:

  • Full day.
  • Availability and flexibility according to project needs.
  • Gross salary: 45,000 € indicative based on values contributed
  • Type of contract: Indefinite with trial period of 6 months.
  • Remote work: 20% working day.
  • Location: Sant Boi de Llobregat (Barcelona) or Madrid.
  • Immediate incorporation.
