Terms of Reference
CAP Youth Empowerment Institute (CAP YEI) is a Kenyan NGO that has a mandate to provide employability skills training and support to vulnerable young people in Kenya. The organization does this mainly through the Basic Employability Skills Training (BEST) model. The BEST model works by targeting opportunities in local economies and preparing youth to exploit them. It places an equal emphasis on providing the technical skills required as well as the transferable soft skills.
The Task
We would like to customize our existing LMS. The system should be flexible such that other online learning resources can be easily integrated to the LMS. The LMS should be optimized for mobile accessibility. Additionally, the system should be accompanied by an app for offline accessibility of content with Go Blue Projects branding.

In line with CAPYEI commitment to provide skills to the youth despite the current pandemic or such future occurrences, CAPYEI seeks the technical support of a consultant to customize this system.
In your proposal kindly indicate how long this assignment would take and itemized budget.
The task deliverables will additionally include a detailed report with recommendations for any future actions that the origination could take.
