Duration: Two years fixed term contract

Location: Relevant country within the Asia region. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates in Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and Philippines

The Role

The GRAISEA TEAM LEAD leads the Gender Transformative & Responsible Business Investment in South East Asia (GRAISEA) programme, providing vision and strategic direction for the programme. The role will be responsible to drive higher quality programming and learning, promoting more integrated approach to programme delivery and learning by engaging with external institutions for learning and influence. S/he will provide programme leadership and management support to staff within the Programme Management Unit, in Oxfam country programmes and in advisory roles across the Oxfam Confederation.

What we are looking for

The GRAISEA Team Lead will require to be exceptional, dedicated, and highly motivated professional, with a strong commitment to Oxfam’s values and beliefs with the following qualification and competencies:

· Relevant degree from a recognized University/college in International Development or any other related area

· Knowledge and relevant experience of market systems development, private sector engagement, agricultural value chains, and women’s economic empowerment and/or gender approaches for value chains

· Substantial experience in leading a team of advisors on technical delivery and practitioner-led knowledge and learning for adaptive management, evidence generation and influencing

· International experience of programme management, including budgeting, planning, programme cycle management, preferably in an international NGO/operational UN agency/equivalent, with a high number of years of supervisory/managerial experience of programme/project management and leadership of large programmes, preferably in developing countries
