Here’s where you come in:

As Grants Finance Manager, WV UCR, you will provide grant financial management that includes fiscal and budgetary controls and reporting for the grants in the Ukraine Crisis Response (Ukraine, Moldova). You will promote and ensure accuracy and completeness in financial reporting and risk management as per the donors’ regulations and WV’s policies. You will also include and ensure effective Subgrantee/Partners management as well as staff capacity building on grants management.

Requirements include:

  • Must have at least a Bachelor or Master’s degree in relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of practical experience in humanitarian related work.
  • Demonstrated leadership, people management, coaching, mentoring, and team building skills.
  • Strong problem identification, analytical and solving skills.
  • Strong competency in proposal & report writing, monitoring and budgeting skills.
  • Experience working with communities and local governments, INGOs, donors and other key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work extensively – sometimes at short notice, in difficult places and under long hours – according to a result- based approach.
  • Travel: 40 % in country and international travel.
