Zoom on the Management Control Service
The Management Control Department consists of 10 people. The mission of its members is to monitor the proper management of the budgets allocated to the association for the implementation of humanitarian programs on international missions.
And the Deputy Management Control Manager is involved in all this?
As Deputy Head of Management Control, under the supervision of the Head of Management Control department, you will be responsible for the treasury, the, ’analysis and management of financial risks, and, the’ development and monitoring of financial strategies as well as the training of administrative and financial teams in charge of the missions you will follow abroad. You will ensure the respect and the’improvement of the financial procedures of the’association.
For this purpose, your responsibilities will be as follows :
- Management : You will participate in the recruitment and training of new members of the’ team as well as Expatriate Administrative and Financial Coordinators. You will develop the’action plans of the’team, individual and collective, and ensure their implementation and follow-up.
- Financial strategy and risk management : You will develop financial strategies and funding plans for missions, follow up on them, and analyze any deviations. You will monitor and manage the identified financial risks.
- Audit and Internal control : You will participate in the preparation of donor audits on missions and at Headquarters, you will monitor the risks highlighted, and you will establish mission action plans.
- Comptabilité et Reporting : Vous superviserez la remontée des comptabilités par le terrain et la validation des budgets pour les nouvelles opérations proposées aux bailleurs. Vous piloterez la trésorerie de l’association. Vous superviserez le reporting financier interne et externe.
- Capitalisation : Vous participerez à la capitalisation d’expériences et vous développerez des outils et des procédures de gestion à partir des risques identifiés.
Les défis qui vous attendent:
Manager une équipe de 3 personnes et les soutenir dans un contexte humanitaire fort représente les premiers enjeux du poste. La coordination et l’appui auprès des autres services sur des sujets transverses sont également attendus du/de la RCG/A.
Ce qu’il vous faudra pour réussir
- Formation : You can justify an initial training in management, finance and/or accounting.
- Experience : You are strong of’an experience of’at least five years in management control and/or internal audit and two years of experience in international NGO as Administrative and Financial Coordinator. Have you worked with First International Emergency? It will be an undeniable asset!
- Skills : You have’ experience in the management of’teams, with a proven taste for transmission and skills development. Do you know the SAGA software on your fingertips ? Word and Excel have no secrets for you ? This post is made for you!
- Qualities required : You show a good relationship, a good ability to’ listening and a taste for teamwork. You are patient and pedagogue. You demonstrate rigor, reliability, responsiveness and efficiency. You have excellent resistance to stress and an ability to work under pressure.
- Languages : Do you master French and’anglais? c’is indispensable for this position !.

PUI will propose
- Status: Framework
- Salary: 3500 EUR gross monthly over 12 months
- Medical coverage: 100% of the mutual Health and Providence
- Support: Support up to 50% of the ticket and up to 60% of Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of 10€)
- Rest: 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37h/week)
